About the Role
Join our team as a Yard Operations Associate 1, supporting safe, accurate asset handling in a fast-paced yard environment. You’ll help ensure assets are located, received, inspected, verified, documented, and staged to meet incoming requests.
Responsibilities
- Verify and document all assets arriving and departing the yard
- Stage and prepare assets to fulfill incoming requests
- Load and unload assets while following safe operating procedures
- Perform asset inspection procedures and complete required reporting
- Operate yard equipment to support inventory counts and day-to-day operations
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and complete monthly safety training
- Model the company’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) practices and core values
Requirements
- Ability to work safely in a yard environment and follow established procedures
- Strong attention to detail for verification, documentation, and inspections
- Comfort operating equipment and supporting inventory activities
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop skills on the job
- Effective collaboration with internal and external partners
