About the Role
Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, procurement, and vendor management across the organization. In this role, you’ll support scientific, clinical, and corporate operations with a focus on reliable supply, cost-conscious purchasing, and strong vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities for internal stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution
- Partner with scientific, clinical, and corporate teams to understand needs and timelines
- Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Help maintain procurement documentation and support internal compliance expectations
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
- Comfort working in a remote environment with strong organizational habits
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities with attention to detail
