About the Role
Pansophic Learning is seeking a seasoned Product Delivery Lead to coordinate delivery for complex software development efforts across programs, projects, and teams. You’ll help ensure plans, priorities, and execution stay aligned—so the right work ships on time, within scope, and with clear visibility into progress and risk.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product delivery scheduling and coordination across multiple software initiatives
- Drive integrated planning across program, project, and team levels to support strategic priorities
- Align stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria
- Maintain clear status reporting for progress, impediments, and delivery risks
- Coordinate execution to keep work on track with scope and delivery commitments
- Support teams in removing blockers and managing cross-team dependencies
Requirements
- Proven experience leading delivery for multiple concurrent software projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of cross-functional alignment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain delivery schedules and visibility
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort operating at the program and team levels to drive coordinated execution
