About the Role
Fictiv is seeking a Product Line Director for Castings to lead and grow our casting-related offerings. You’ll help hardware innovators move from prototype to production by driving product strategy, improving customer outcomes, and strengthening our manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own product line strategy and execution for castings, aligning roadmap priorities with customer needs and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing readiness, quality, and delivery performance
- Drive continuous improvement across processes that impact lead times, cost, and reliability
- Partner with stakeholders across regions and manufacturing centers to scale capabilities
- Represent the product line internally and externally, translating customer feedback into actionable improvements
Requirements
- Experience leading product strategy and execution in a manufacturing, hardware, or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of casting processes and the end-to-end path from prototype to production
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, global setting
