About the Role
Redwood Materials is building a more sustainable battery supply chain by keeping critical minerals in circulation through recovery, reuse, and recycling. As our Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain – Capital Equipment, you’ll lead end-to-end procurement, logistics, and supplier management for the capital equipment that powers our expanding manufacturing operations.

- Proven experience leading global procurement and supplier management for capital equipment
- Strong understanding of logistics, delivery planning, and vendor performance management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and negotiating with suppliers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
