About the Role
Join our team as a Production Operator on 3rd shift in Germantown, WI. Working under the guidance of the Lead and Supervisor, you’ll help produce food ingredients by following standardized processes for weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials. This role is essential to our food defense and food safety efforts.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials according to production needs
- Package finished products for shipment and distribution
- Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Clean machines and maintain a sanitary production environment
- Report any food safety concerns or issues to upper management
Requirements
- Ability to follow standardized formulas and work instructions
- Commitment to food safety and food defense procedures
- Experience with manufacturing or production environments is a plus
- Forklift/material handling experience preferred
Shift Details
- 3rd shift schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
