About the Role
Join our team as a Production Supervisor on 3rd shift in Germantown, Wisconsin. You’ll lead daily shift operations to support safe, high-quality, and efficient production while meeting volume, yield, and schedule targets. This role operates Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily production activities to achieve volume, yield, and schedule goals.
- Champion and enforce safety practices, GMP, HACCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 18–20 production operators.
- Track operational performance (OEE, downtime, and waste) and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Ensure production output, quality standards, and documentation are accurate and complete.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading production or manufacturing operations on a shift team.
- Strong knowledge of safety, GMP, and HACCP/food safety expectations.
- Ability to analyze production metrics and drive improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Experience supervising and developing hourly team members.
