About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Welder supporting preventive maintenance and repairs for compactors, containers, and carts. You’ll troubleshoot issues, rebuild major components, and complete the work with safety and quality in mind. Overtime is available to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and diagnose equipment issues
- Repair, rebuild, and replace components on compactors, containers, and carts
- Use welding and related processes such as arc welding, gas welding, aluminum welding, brazing, plastic welding, and soft soldering
- Maintain accurate repair documentation using fleet maintenance software (parts usage and repair times)
- Conduct safety checks on equipment before and after service
Requirements
- Experience performing moderately complex welding on a variety of materials
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete effective repairs or component replacement
- Comfort using maintenance software to document repairs and parts
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
Benefits
- Pay of $25+ per hour based on experience
- Monday–Friday day shift (6:00 am–3:00 pm)
- Overtime (OT) available
