About the Role
As a Program Manager III on Google’s Global Server Operations team, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs that strengthen the end-to-end capabilities powering Google’s global data center fleet. You’ll help shape the team’s multi-year transformation strategy, aligned to fast-moving business priorities and the infrastructure needs behind AI growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive complex programs from planning through delivery by coordinating stakeholders across teams and regions
- Define program requirements, manage schedules, and track progress against milestones
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely execution
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners, providing consistent updates on status, deadlines, and dependencies
- Support transformation efforts that improve operational capabilities for global server and data center environments
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong program planning and execution skills, including risk management and milestone tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across organizations
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and coordinate distributed teams
