About the Role
Woolpert is looking for a Project Manager to support Infrastructure Energy industry projects. In this role, you’ll help drive project execution while partnering closely with internal teams and clients. The position may be full-time in-person, hybrid, or primarily remote, with some business travel to field sites and client offices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities across the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and technical teams to keep work aligned to scope and schedule
- Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders and clients
- Support planning, tracking, and delivery of project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure projects are executed in a professional, client-focused manner
Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects in a professional services or engineering environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to organize work, manage priorities, and support schedule adherence
- Willingness to travel periodically to field sites and client offices
