About the Role
Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Residency Program in Vienna, VA. You’ll work with a collaborative, supportive team delivering pediatric mental health services through a whole-child approach that addresses root causes—not just symptoms.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care for children and support families as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Participate in supervised clinical training through the residency program
- Contribute to treatment planning focused on the brain, body, and behavior
- Support high-quality, patient-centered virtual and in-person services
Requirements
- Active PMHNP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Strong interest in pediatric mental health care
- Commitment to collaborative, evidence-informed practice
- Ability to work effectively in both virtual and in-person settings (as assigned)
