About the Role
Join our global team as a QA Automation Analyst, helping ensure the quality and reliability of our products. You’ll focus primarily on automated UI and API testing, while also providing occasional product support and assisting clients during onboarding and production usage when needed.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test suites
- Execute and improve testing coverage through both automated and targeted manual testing
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve product quality and speed up releases
- Support troubleshooting by helping resolve technical product issues
- Assist with customer adoption by addressing complex technical questions and supporting onboarding efforts
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with QA automation and software testing
- Ability to create and maintain UI and API tests
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
- Comfort working with technical teams and communicating clearly with stakeholders
