About the Role
KnowBe4 is seeking a QA Engineer to support our MIS teams. In this role, you’ll help ensure the reliability, quality, and performance of software used to support our digital workforce security platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test coverage
- Validate fixes and releases by executing functional and regression testing
- Collaborate with developers and MIS stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
- Report defects clearly, including reproduction steps and supporting evidence
- Contribute to improving testing processes and quality standards across releases
Requirements
- Experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals (functional, regression, and defect tracking)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
- Familiarity with test automation practices and tools (as applicable)
