About the Role

Join our Simulation Testing team to help ensure the reliability and safety of autonomous driving systems. You’ll design, run, and evaluate virtual scenarios that validate autonomous driving behavior before anything reaches real-world testing.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute simulation test scenarios for autonomous driving software
  • Work with Motion Planning, Prediction, Perception, and Control teams to support effective offline test environments
  • Prepare checklists, test plans, and validation criteria
  • Collect and manage testing datasets and simulation outputs
  • Analyze results and produce clear, actionable testing reports for engineering and analytics partners
  • Collaborate with data labeling teams to support accurate datasets and evaluation workflows
  • Continuously improve testing processes to catch issues earlier and more thoroughly

Requirements

  • Strong QA mindset with experience designing and executing test scenarios
  • Ability to analyze test results and translate findings into practical recommendations
  • Experience working with datasets and validation workflows
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally across engineering and data teams
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and quality ownership
