About the Role
Join IEM and help ensure quality across our manufacturing operations. This onsite Quality Assurance Engineer role supports Quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements throughout the organization—covering both internal processes and external partners. You’ll work closely with product and manufacturing teams to strengthen visibility, communication, and cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support Quality initiatives and ISO 9001 compliance across the manufacturing site
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain quality expectations
- Contribute to quality oversight across product and manufacturing activities
- Increase visibility and communication of quality needs to key departments
- Help drive continuous improvement aligned with quality and ISO goals
Requirements
- Experience supporting quality systems and ISO 9001 (or a strong willingness to develop in this area)
- Knowledge of manufacturing or product quality processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on consistent execution
