About the Role
Butterfly Network, Inc. is seeking a Quote Operations Specialist to support the quote-to-cash process and help ensure accurate, timely pricing and order documentation. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to streamline quoting workflows and improve operational efficiency as we expand access to affordable ultrasound technology.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, validate, and manage customer quotes from request through submission
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to confirm pricing, terms, and required documentation
- Maintain quote records and ensure data integrity across systems
- Support operational improvements to quoting workflows, templates, and processes
- Respond to quote-related questions and help resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Requirements
- Experience in quote operations, order management, or sales operations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests
- Proficiency with CRM/order systems and spreadsheet tools
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
