About the Role
Dublin Springs (part of Lifepoint Health) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. This full-time role supports a mission focused on helping communities become healthier through compassionate, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
- Support treatment plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience or strong interest in behavioral health nursing
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts and 12-hour schedules
- Strong communication and patient-focused approach
Benefits
- Full-time schedule with 36-hour weeks (12-hour shifts)
- Night shift availability (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
