About the Role
HealthEdge is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead a team of regulatory professionals supporting HealthEdge Source™, our reference data and pricing transparency platform. In this role, you will monitor, interpret, and operationalize federal and state regulatory requirements to keep our products aligned with evolving rules that affect commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of regulatory professionals and claims pricing/editing subject matter experts
- Ensure regulatory outputs are accurate, timely, and delivered with strong operational rigor
- Translate regulatory changes into practical updates for product, process, and operational workflows
- Coach team members to strengthen engagement, performance, and cross-functional execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support compliance across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
Requirements
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance within healthcare, payer, or pricing/claims-related environments
- Demonstrated people management experience (coaching, developing, and leading teams)
- Strong ability to interpret complex federal and state regulations and operationalize them
- Experience supporting claims pricing and/or editing processes is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
