About the Role
Iterative Health is seeking a senior Research Finance Manager to lead clinical trial budgeting and financial performance at the intersection of finance, clinical operations, and sponsor partnerships. You’ll help drive accurate budgets, strong contracting outcomes, and financial clarity across our growing clinical research portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end clinical trial budgeting, including forecast and budget development
- Partner with clinical operations and sponsor teams to shape contracting assumptions and financial terms
- Monitor financial performance and support course-correction when trial economics shift
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure budgets align with operational plans
- Maintain budget documentation and support audits, reporting, and financial governance
Requirements
- Experience in clinical trial finance, research budgeting, or sponsor-facing financial operations
- Strong understanding of contracting and financial performance management
- Ability to translate operational drivers into budget models and forecasts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across finance, clinical, and partner teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
