About the Role
Join our Women’s Rise residential work release program as a Residential Aide. This role supports justice-involved adult women as they transition back into the community following incarceration, with an emphasis on strengths-based, client-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide structure, supervision, and day-to-day support for program participants
- Help facilitate a supportive residential environment aligned with program expectations
- Support participants in building skills for job readiness and community reentry
- Contribute to substance and mental health education efforts as part of the program plan
Requirements
- Experience working with justice-involved individuals or a strong interest in supporting reentry
- Ability to maintain a client-centered, strengths-based approach
- Strong communication and professionalism when working with adults in a structured setting
