About the Role
Join our team as a Studio Sales Associate in our Cherry Hill studio. You’ll help create a welcoming, customer-first experience by supporting the team on weekends and delivering exceptional service in a clean, safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a genuine, enthusiastic shopping experience
- Assist customers with ear piercing needs and help them feel comfortable throughout the process
- Recommend products based on customer preferences and support brand awareness
- Bring the Rowan experience to life through engaging conversations and product knowledge
- Maintain studio cleanliness and follow safety standards at all times
- Support weekend operations and collaborate with the Studio Manager and team
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to learn and share product knowledge and styling concepts (including ear stacking)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and attention to detail
