About the Role
Columbia is seeking a Robotic Systems Controls Engineer 3 to help design and control robotic palletizing systems and related automated equipment. You’ll complete production and R&D engineering tasks that support reliable, high-performance factory automation worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Program and test automated machinery and robots using PLC ladder logic and sequence programs
- Develop controls and HMI functionality to operate robots and connected equipment based on speed and reliability requirements
- Design and configure industrial electrical systems for automated machinery
Requirements
- Experience programming PLCs with ladder logic and sequence-based control
- Knowledge of HMI development for machine operation and monitoring
- Background in industrial electrical systems and controls integration
