About the Role
ReSource Pro is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to help turn acquisitions into smooth, well-orchestrated integrations. You’ll act as the integration partner for ERP integrations, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury, supporting both planning and execution of acquisition integration activities and related strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end integration planning and execution across ERP, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury workstreams
- Partner with functional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines
- Track integration milestones, manage schedules, and report progress to key stakeholders
- Adapt integration plans as business needs and assumptions change during the process
- Ensure integration activities are executed successfully and in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals
Requirements
- Experience leading or supporting M&A integration efforts, especially across ERP and finance-related functions
- Strong project and milestone management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional leaders and cross-functional teams
- Comfort communicating status, risks, and changes in a clear, stakeholder-friendly way
