About the Role
Console is building AI agents that help enterprises resolve operational work automatically—across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Ops—when requests arrive through tools like Slack or Teams. We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to help our teams scale, improve pipeline execution, and ensure customers can quickly understand and adopt our platform.
Responsibilities
- Own sales enablement strategy across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing field support
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging, and competitive positioning materials
- Develop training and enablement programs for sales and partner teams
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate product capabilities into customer-facing narratives
- Continuously measure enablement effectiveness and iterate based on sales feedback and performance
- Support GTM readiness for new features, industries, and customer segments
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM enablement roles
- Strong ability to create clear, persuasive sales content and training materials
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Experience enabling teams in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with a builder mindset
