Monster Energy is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead the organization responsible for our Salesforce platform. This platform supports how we sell, execute in stores, and manage trade promotions—helping teams move faster while keeping technology aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for the Salesforce engineering organization, ensuring delivery meets business priorities
- Lead efforts to keep the Salesforce platform reliable, scalable, and performant
- Manage and grow engineering talent, including coaching, planning, and performance management
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate strategy into platform roadmaps and execution plans
- Oversee engineering processes that improve quality, observability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams with a focus on Salesforce platform delivery
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and release/quality practices
- Experience managing reliability, scalability, and incident/problem management
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in building roadmaps and driving execution
