About the Role
Roblox is looking for a Senior Security GRC Analyst to help strengthen our Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. In this role, you’ll support efforts that enable safer, more civil experiences for our global community.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and improving security governance, risk management, and compliance processes
- Support assessments and help track risk and compliance activities across relevant programs
- Collaborate with security and cross-functional partners to document controls and drive follow-through
- Contribute to reporting and documentation that support audits, internal reviews, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience working in security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or a closely related function
- Strong understanding of risk and control concepts, including how to translate them into actionable documentation
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
