About the Role
Join our Security Operations team as a Security Engineer and take technical ownership of day-to-day security activities that help protect the Brivity Platform and the data of top real estate teams across North America. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and QA to strengthen defenses and improve resilience against today’s evolving threats.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for security operations tasks and incident readiness
- Implement modern protection practices to safeguard the platform and customer data
- Own day-to-day security workflows, including monitoring, triage, and response support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data recovery and resiliency
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and recommend practical security improvements
Requirements
- Experience supporting security operations in a production environment
- Strong understanding of modern threat landscapes and defensive security approaches
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and QA teams
- Comfort taking ownership of security tasks and driving improvements
