About the Role
OH.io is building a local GTM Hub office in Columbus to support AI SaaS portfolio companies. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll help ensure accurate financial reporting and strong accounting practices across the organization’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Own month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and support journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting questions and improve processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts with reliable financial data
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounting with increasing responsibility (Senior-level preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency with accounting tools/spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
