About the Role
Fivetran is building the data infrastructure layer that helps teams move, transform, and trust their data—from the moment it moves through the transformations that power analytics and AI. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to support Field Operations and help ensure our go-to-market teams have reliable insights, clean reporting, and operational support that scales.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance across field teams and translate results into actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and recurring analyses to track key metrics
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality, definitions, and measurement consistency
- Support operational planning by forecasting needs, identifying trends, and surfacing risks early
- Document processes and improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Requirements
- Experience in an analytics or operations role, ideally supporting sales or field organizations
- Strong proficiency with data analysis and reporting (e.g., SQL and spreadsheet modeling)
- Comfort working with metrics, data definitions, and cross-team data validation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical partners
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward continuous improvement
