Responsibilities
- Analyze fleet planning and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, assumptions, and success metrics.
- Develop models and business cases that support planning decisions and resource allocation.
- Communicate findings through clear documentation, dashboards, and stakeholder-ready summaries.
- Support ongoing process improvements by recommending data-driven enhancements to planning workflows.
Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst or similar role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with complex datasets and turn analysis into practical recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with experience presenting insights to non-technical partners.
- Proficiency with common analytics tools and spreadsheet/modeling workflows.
