About the Role
Mojang Studios—creators of Minecraft—builds a better world through the power of play. As a Senior Business Planning Manager for Studio Operations, you’ll help translate strategic goals into clear plans, forecasts, and decision-ready insights that support how the studio runs day to day.
Responsibilities
- Own business planning and performance tracking for studio operations
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to support leadership decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, budgets, and timelines
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements
- Support scenario planning and operational planning cycles
- Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise way
Requirements
- Experience in business planning, finance planning, or operations planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret forecasting models
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and executive audiences
- Proficiency with planning/BI tools and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
