About the Role
Acumatica is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and report to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, you’ll lead planning, forecasting, and corporate reporting efforts that help drive clear financial decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Accounting and Finance to lead the monthly close process and support BOD/Sponsor reporting.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operating and financial results, including internal and external reporting deliverables.
- Evaluate trends and underlying drivers, and clearly explain variances across performance metrics.
- Own the annual operating plan and reforecast cycles end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders and producing required corporate deliverables.
- Continuously improve the Planful planning environment with a focus on automation, scalability, and faster forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and pilot opportunities to apply AI to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Strong corporate FP&A experience with ownership of planning and forecasting processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage month-end close support and executive/corporate reporting.
- Proficiency with planning and reporting tools (experience with Planful is a plus).
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret results, trends, and variance drivers.
- Experience partnering across Finance and Accounting to deliver reliable reporting on tight timelines.
