About the Role
Roku is seeking a sharp, pragmatic attorney to support Legal & Business Affairs for ad tech and media transactions. In this role, you’ll help enable deals that connect advertisers, publishers, and the TV ecosystem—while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to move opportunities forward.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate ad tech and media transaction agreements
- Advise internal stakeholders on deal structure, risk allocation, and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with business teams to align legal strategy with commercial goals
- Support ongoing contract lifecycle management, including amendments and renewals
- Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks in fast-moving environments
Requirements
- J.D. and active attorney licensure in the United States
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably in ad tech, media, or technology
- Strong legal judgment with the ability to balance practicality and risk management
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior business partners
