About the Role
AB InBev Growth Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the BEES Fintech Data Analytics team. You’ll help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decisions across Credit, Payments, and Product.
Responsibilities
- Build scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, semantic models, and self-service analytics
- Turn data into insights that inform business strategy and measurable outcomes
- Use statistical and analytical methods to uncover trends, opportunities, and business impact
- Conduct exploratory analysis and ad hoc studies, and support experimentation initiatives
- Partner with product and commercial stakeholders to validate hypotheses and guide data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Working knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with data modeling and analytics engineering concepts
- Familiarity with modern data platform concepts and cloud-based tooling (e.g., Azure Databricks)
- Ability to communicate insights effectively and collaborate as a trusted business partner
