About the Role
ZoomInfo is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help shape our customer insights and competitive intelligence strategy. In this role, you’ll lead analysis efforts that inform how we evolve our data products to better serve customer needs and sustain market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own analysis that connects customer experience, market signals, and competitor activity to actionable recommendations
- Develop and run rigorous analytical approaches, including hypothesis creation, data testing, and decision-ready insights
- Translate complex problems into clear analytical plans and measurable outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate findings into product and strategy decisions
- Identify trends in customer feedback and competitive movements to guide future data product improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to design structured analyses and communicate recommendations based on data
- Experience working with customer and competitive intelligence data
- Comfort working with complex datasets and extracting insights for strategic stakeholders
