About the Role
Rhoda AI is building generalist intelligent robots and we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen the infrastructure that powers our robotics platform—from CI/CD pipelines to cloud and GPU cluster operations.
You’ll help ensure reliable, fast, and observable delivery of engineering changes while scaling the systems our teams depend on for research and production.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve our CI/CD pipeline, including instrumentation, monitoring, and iterative performance upgrades
- Manage infrastructure for build artifacts and dependency storage to ensure reliability and efficient reuse
- Build and enhance our cloud and GPU cluster environments, supporting internal development workflows
- Create and maintain DevOps tooling and infrastructure that enables teams to ship and iterate quickly
Requirements
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems and pipeline observability (metrics, logs, alerts)
- Hands-on experience managing build artifacts and dependency storage systems
- Experience operating and scaling cloud infrastructure and GPU compute clusters
- Comfort working in fast-moving, research-driven environments where reliability and iteration speed both matter
