About the Role
Roku is looking for a Senior Direct Procurement Manager to help strengthen our Direct Procurement team and support Roku’s mission to power streaming across the TV ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in sourcing and managing direct materials and services that enable our products and operations.
Responsibilities
- Own procurement strategy for direct categories, aligning sourcing plans to business needs
- Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, quality, and cost improvements
- Lead sourcing activities including RFQs, negotiations, and contract alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal to execute procurement plans
- Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Proven procurement experience with direct materials and/or manufacturing supply chains
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship skills
- Ability to analyze spend, identify opportunities, and drive measurable outcomes
- Experience managing sourcing events and procurement processes end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
