Senior Director, Enterprise Supply Chain (Onsite) - Tallassee, AL

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Enterprise Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-complexity electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll set the strategy and drive execution across sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and import/export compliance—partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to improve delivery performance and reduce risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise supply chain strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement to improve cost, quality, and supply assurance
• Own inventory control practices to balance service levels, working capital, and demand variability
• Oversee logistics planning and execution, including transportation and distribution coordination
• Manage import/export compliance processes to support global operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
• Use data and performance metrics to continuously improve supply chain outcomes

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in enterprise supply chain, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Experience with import/export compliance in a global supply environment
• Ability to partner effectively across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales
• Track record of improving cost efficiency and delivery performance in complex supply chains
