Senior Director, Enterprise Supply Chain (Onsite) - Tallassee, AL

About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Enterprise Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-complexity electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. You’ll set strategy and drive execution across sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and global import/export compliance—partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales to improve cost, reduce risk, and strengthen delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise supply chain strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals
• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities to improve cost efficiency and supplier performance
• Oversee inventory control and planning to balance service levels with working capital targets
• Manage logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping coordination
• Ensure import/export compliance and support audits and documentation requirements
• Partner cross-functionally to drive delivery excellence and operational risk mitigation across a global supply base
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable systems to enhance planning, visibility, and execution

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in enterprise supply chain, sourcing, and procurement within manufacturing
• Strong background in inventory management and logistics coordination for global operations
• Working knowledge of import/export compliance requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales
• Track record of driving measurable improvements in cost, delivery, and risk outcomes
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a collaborative, accountable work style
