About the Role
Jasper is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our enterprise growth engine. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead an integrated growth organization that helps drive higher ROI through consistent brand execution, greater efficiency, and personalized experiences at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth strategy across field marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing
- Lead organic growth initiatives including SEO, GEO, and AEO to increase qualified pipeline over time
- Develop and optimize channel and campaign strategies using measurable performance and experimentation
- Partner cross-functionally to align growth programs with product, sales, and customer outcomes
- Scale processes, reporting, and operating rhythms to improve efficiency and predictability across the funnel
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in growth marketing, with a track record of scaling enterprise demand generation
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions and measure impact
- Experience across multiple growth disciplines (e.g., performance, lifecycle, ABM, and/or organic)
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, manage stakeholders, and execute integrated marketing programs
- Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset focused on measurable results
