About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Senior Environmental Sustainability & ESG Manager to help advance our environmental strategy and strengthen our ESG approach. In this remote-first role, you’ll collaborate across teams to translate sustainability goals into practical programs, metrics, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive key environmental sustainability initiatives aligned to ESG priorities
- Develop and manage sustainability metrics, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement plans
- Support ESG data collection, validation, and documentation for internal and external disclosures
- Monitor relevant regulations and evolving ESG best practices, recommending updates as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in environmental sustainability, ESG management, or related reporting and program leadership
- Strong understanding of sustainability metrics, frameworks, and assurance-ready documentation
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to implement programs and track outcomes
- Comfort working with data and building clear narratives for executive audiences
