About the Role
EnSafe is looking for a Client Director to partner with project teams in a fast-paced environment and help advance complex environmental, engineering, and compliance work. This role is centered on building strong client relationships, supporting long-term partnerships, and helping clients manage risk while protecting people and communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow client relationships across environmental services engagements
- Partner with internal project teams to ensure successful delivery and strong outcomes
- Support business development efforts and contribute to strategic account planning
- Help guide teams through complex project and compliance challenges
- Represent EnSafe’s commitment to technical excellence, mentorship, and safety-focused delivery
Requirements
- Experience leading client relationships in environmental services, engineering, or compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project teams
- Demonstrated understanding of risk management and compliance in built or natural environments
