Senior Maintenance Technician (Facility) | Onsite in Bloomfield, CT

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot complex building and equipment issues, plan effective repair approaches, and perform high-quality maintenance work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex facility and equipment problems
• Determine methods and procedures for new maintenance assignments
• Read and interpret electrical circuits, wiring ladder diagrams, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches
• Use precision measuring instruments to evaluate equipment performance and tolerances
• Install, repair, calibrate, and service equipment to maintain operational reliability

Requirements

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including interpreting wiring diagrams and ladder diagrams
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, maintenance documentation, and technical drawings
• Experience performing maintenance tasks such as repairs, calibrations, and equipment service
• Proficiency using precision measurement tools and following technical specifications
