About the Role

In this Senior Field Quality Engineer role focused on PWT Drive Units, you’ll help ensure the quality of drive unit performance in real-world conditions and support continuous improvement across the field.
Responsibilities
- Support field quality activities for PWT drive units, including issue identification, containment, and resolution tracking.
- Analyze quality findings and collaborate with engineering and production partners to drive root-cause actions.
- Review field data trends and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate fixes and ensure sustainable improvements.
- Document findings, communicate status, and support quality reporting and escalation as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive quality engineering, field quality, or reliability engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience conducting root-cause analysis.
- Working knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, CAPA) and quality reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Comfort working with technical documentation and interpreting test/field data.
