About the Role
Pansophic Learning is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to help strengthen financial planning and decision-making across our early learning organization. You will partner with internal teams to analyze performance, support forecasts, and provide clear insights that guide operational and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Partner with operational leaders to evaluate trends, identify risks, and recommend actions
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and executive-ready financial summaries
- Maintain accurate financial data and support process improvements for reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or similar analytical finance roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial data and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
