About the Role
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) in Deloitte’s Microsoft AI & Data practice, you’ll partner directly with client teams to turn GenAI ambitions into enterprise-ready solutions. You’ll prototype quickly, build production-minded software, and help drive measurable business outcomes from day one.
Responsibilities
- Embed with client stakeholders and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and deliver GenAI-enabled capabilities
- Collaborate with senior functional and technical leaders to translate business goals into working software
- Engage confidently with stakeholders to communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results
- Contribute to pod-based delivery by building, iterating, and refining solutions at speed
- Focus on measurable impact through practical engineering and solution delivery
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience building AI/data solutions
- Experience delivering with Microsoft AI and data technologies
- Ability to prototype rapidly while maintaining engineering rigor
- Comfort working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving skills and a bias for action
