About the Role
Nebius is seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support our USA region. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals, strengthen organizational capability, and help drive a high-performing, inclusive culture. Scope may expand over time as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Advise business leaders on HR priorities, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Partner on talent strategy across hiring, onboarding, performance, and development
- Support employee relations and help resolve workplace issues in line with policy and best practices
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement scalable programs and processes
- Use HR insights to identify trends and recommend actions that improve outcomes
- Promote engagement, retention, and inclusive leadership practices across the region
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (or equivalent HR leadership role)
- Strong knowledge of HR programs such as performance management, talent development, and employee relations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence effectively
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing, global environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
