About the Role
Butterfly Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to support end-to-end logistics operations for medical imaging products and related programs. In this role, you’ll help ensure shipments move efficiently, inventory is handled correctly, and logistics processes align with company and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities across the order-to-delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Monitor shipments and inventory status to support timely fulfillment and accurate records.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
- Support continuous improvement of logistics workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with tracking key logistics metrics and identifying opportunities to reduce delays and errors.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or related roles.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfort working with shipping documentation and logistics systems.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
