About the Role
Redwood Materials is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Facilities to support the growth, reliability, and day-to-day operational readiness of our facilities. You will lead facilities operations and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our buildings, infrastructure, and utilities are ready for current and future production needs.
Responsibilities
- Own facilities operations to maintain reliability, safety, and uptime across sites
- Partner with Design Engineering, Construction, Operations, and EHS to coordinate facility readiness for new projects
- Oversee building systems and infrastructure, including utilities and related support services
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, response procedures, and operational workflows
- Support planning and execution of facility upgrades and expansions to meet business demand
Requirements
- Proven experience leading facilities operations or similar infrastructure/building management roles
- Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, construction, and EHS stakeholders
- Knowledge of facility systems, utilities, and maintenance/operations best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on reliability and operational readiness
