About the Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Effectiveness to help strengthen how our teams engage with healthcare providers across our neuroscience portfolio. You’ll play a key role in improving field performance by identifying opportunities, applying data-driven insights, and supporting initiatives that elevate patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess field performance and effectiveness using relevant metrics and qualitative feedback
- Develop and execute strategies to improve engagement, execution quality, and territory-level impact
- Partner cross-functionally to align field initiatives with business goals and patient needs
- Support planning and implementation of field-focused programs, tools, and processes
- Monitor results, communicate insights, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in field effectiveness, sales effectiveness, or a related commercial analytics role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance trends and translate them into action
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting insights to stakeholders
- Background in biopharmaceuticals or healthcare commercial operations preferred
